Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During new drops or high-volume releases, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your packs all the way to your doorstep 👀

 Delays
Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high demand. We appreciate your patience if that happens.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears lost or hasn’t updated in several days, reach out to our support team and we’ll help investigate.
