Before You Order

The customization form below is required and must be completed before placing your order. We use the information you provide to create your custom products exactly as requested.

What You'll Need to Submit

• Team name 
• Player name
• Jersey number
• Custom text or design requests
• Shirt size 
• Any additional customization details

File Upload Requirements

For the Snapshots Custom Player Card, you must upload a high-resolution photo of the player.

Photo Guidelines:

• High-resolution image (clear and in focus)
• Action shot or portrait photo
• Original image whenever possible (avoid screenshots or blurry images)
• JPG, JPEG, PNG, or other standard image formats accepted

Higher-quality photos produce the best-looking custom player cards.

⚠️ Orders cannot begin production until the required form has been completed and all necessary files have been submitted. If we need additional information or a better-quality image, we will contact you before production begins.
